Following our 2005 “Homebound Instruction in North Carolina” survey, as well as other research, NCAECIC is working on the creation of a Best Practices document in the area of homebound instruction. The document will include examples of the successful implementation of homebound programs in small, medium, and large school systems across North Carolina. Drawing from each of these models, NCAECIC will issue recommendations that will seek to assist systems in the successful implementation of homebound services.
